Foreigners and the left wing media hope so.

You like an unelected Billionaire with a lot of fingers in various pies running things ?

Seems like a few of the Secretaries don't.

But hey, I'm just a foreigner.

Musk is the appointed head of a government agency that is there to give advice to the POTUS, and is sworn in.
Just like the unelected secretaries.
He's doing his job, just like they are.

And yeah ... you are just a foreigner as you said.
It's strange how foreigners are up to their eyeballs in American politics.

How so?

American politics has quite an impact on us "foreigners".

No need to put foreigners in quotes, that's exactly what anyone who isn't American is to us.
Foreigners.  No quotes needed.

And yeah .. it's strange.   It's one thing to have an opinion of foreign politics.  That's all fine and dandy.  But when foreigners know all the names of all the players and listen to all the speeches and know the vote totals on all the bills, etc etc ... that's bizarre.

I've given my opinion of Donald Trump many times ... he's a bloviating self promoting grifter.   But he was hired by the American people to do a job and part of the job was clearly stated that he would cut waste, fraud and abuse and that it would be Elon Musk who was heading it up.  That's exactly what is happening.   Musk is the head of a government agency.  He was appointed and sworn in, just like those unelected appointed Secretaries that you mentioned.  Same/same.

You said that it looks like the bromance may be over.   I highly doubt it.  My statement is accurate ... the left and foreigners hope so.  They want America to continue it's downward spiral of paying billions and billions in waste, much of it going to foreign governments, while actual Americans are left behind and are suffering.   Actual Americans given the shaft (your word from yesterday).

While I am no fan of Trump, nor do I care for Musks 'chainsaw' mentality .. so far there is nothing wrong with what they are doing.   The bloat has to be cut if America is going to remain solvent.   The left and the foreigners, both of which benefit from the waste spending ... arent' happy.   Tough bananas on them.

I certainly don't know all of that nor do I listen to all the speeches.

Excuse me for knowing about the richest man on the planet.

I'm not on the left either.

I didn't say YOU.

I think you are getting over sensitive.

I do think that foreigners in general get overly emotionally involved with American politics.

Example - My opinion of the British Royals is that it's absurd to have them, it's ridiculous to have tax money support any part of them, and that they are entitled glorified grifters.  And Harry and his wife coming to my country with their far left woke politics and telling us how to live and vote is obnoxious ... they should take their royal butts back over to England.   But I don't go around telling the Brits my opinion about their royals and I don't tell them what to do with their royals, even though what their king does can have an effect on my country and the world.   It's THEIR BUSINESS.

And as far as Musk goes ... he's gotten himself over excited about his role but that doesn't mean the bromance is over.   Trump himself said that Musk was always around and was everywhere, and that he couldn't seem to get rid of him .. and the White House Chief of Staff gave him a slap down a month or so ago ... and Musks own attitude sucks, always wearing jeans and tshirts in the White House showing how little he respects the office ...  BUT ... he is doing the job that he was hired and sworn in to do.   And so far it's been okay.   A few weeks back I heard him say he was wanting to cut a certain aircraft from the airforce and that drones could do the job, but he hadn't checked with the military about what their own people said were necessary for combat readiness and that gave me concern.   But nothing came of his threat to cut that airplane .. so sofar so good.

You just did!

Harry is not very popular here.

When the leader of the Free World seems to cut longstanding ties with it's allies and side with Putin you will forgive me for taking an interest and having an opinion.

I suppose it's internal politics is one thing, but it's politics extends to and has an effect on us foreigners.

That's why it's called "Foreign policy ".
