The experts' predictions are specifically aimed at historical midterm election wins, not presidential elections. He will lose. You keep confusing my points and context, so I will try to reply in more simpler terms.

You give opinions that are focusing on validating your single mindedness bias but never extends beyond that. Prove where other cities with high speed rail systems don't stimulate their economies.
