I think most can not repent because it is beyond repentance, it is an addiction. We are chemical, we are physical, we are also divine, but the mix is troublesome.

It is a lot more difficult than anybody probably imagines.

Ordinary folk seem quick to condemn the elite folk for taking the jail bait, but they have probably just as bad addictions, with their spouses, romantic interests, and quite frankly, their hands.

Were any of the victims forced to do anything against their will?  Maybe they had second thoughts after they accepted the job?

There were 1000 victims, seems pretty clear, it had to be like a multi level marketing scheme, victims recruited other victims.  Epstein and Maxwell didn’t recruit all 1000 victims.

But when dealing with an addiction like sex and masturbation, everybody becomes a victim.

If the groomers can’t accept their addiction, the greater power of it, as advised by 12 step programs, then they won’t break free of their addiction, IMO.

I didn’t join this thread to profess my knowledge of the millions of legal documents churned out for Epstein.

But I do stand by my position that sex addicts are victims.  And everybody is a sex addict.

Perhaps it was a mistake to say they must accept a power greater than themselves as part of a sex addiction recovery program.

I will clarify my point now to say, if they can recover from the addiction, this greater power will cease to be the greater power.  But if they cannot recover, then they will wind up succumbing to the greater power.
