A federal judge said he would not unseal grand jury transcripts and exhibits from the investigation into Jeffrey Epstein – rejecting the Justice Department’s request to make them public.
Judge Richard Berman said the Justice Department did not overcome long-standing precedent to keep grand jury materials sealed and noted that the information contained in the sealed materials is small relative to the entire investigation file already in DOJ’s hands.

Yeah, those transcripts are a red herring.

Trump and his administration knew judges would reject any attempt to unseal grand jury documents.

Because "Rule 6(e) of the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure strictly protects grand jury materials."

And they can only be disclosed under certain exceptions by a court order.

He's simply trying to pass the buck and kick the can down the road.

Which would mean the process likely moves like Molasus through your federal court system.

And you might not get a final Supreme Court ruling for years, if ever.

Trump and his administration knew exactly what they were doing.

People aren't concerned with the legal technicalities of declassification, they simply want to know what was in those files.

If Trump has the authority to declassify whatever he wants, then promises must be performed.

Surely that would convince him to release the files voluntarily.

Can you tell us your reasoning why Dan Bongino would confirm there's no list because I doubt he's on it and if it was to protect someone, why? He would have much more to gain from disclosure if anything else. The thought that theres a list that Jeffrey Epstein made is beyond logic I cant understand how you can have so much faith in its existence without any tangible proof. There's none. What are you holding onto? I cant see it but I kinda want to hold it too but it looks crazy. I cant grab a hold of air.

Disruption. Seeing him on TV saying Epstein killed himself, he had fear in his face. The words did not match the body. He is someone that would like to talk about it if he could, now is not the time.
