That is not a logical way to determine whether something is propaganda or not, in my mind. So are you saying you will only believe it if Putin and/or Kim tells you what to believe?

If it is not obvious that the Ukraine conflict is a proxy war between the 'Western' oligarchy of the USA and UK (and to a lesser degree the EU) and the 'Eastern' oligarchy, largely Russia and North Korea (and to a lesser degree, China), I don't know what to tell you.

Without the UK meddling in talks (Bojo!), I hope that peace can be achieved this month.
I am sure it will entail something like Ukraine receiving EU membership, but not NATO -  but losing it's western provinces, Donbass, Donetsk to Russia.
