I see all the defenders of this officer's lethal action, have also ignored the fact that the officer in question was involved in a similar incident several months before (raised by J.D. Vance during questions). It's clear this had an effect on him and could've been the reason for him taking such drastic action. Which is down to poor training and no re-evaluation after his previous incident.

It doesn’t matter.  Nearly a 2 ton vehicle vs an agents on foot. 
Where the car was weaponized.  The agents gave lawful commands to get out of the SUV.  One agent went for the door handle if I remember right.  When she chose to drive off it became the equivalent of law enforcement telling you to drop the knife.  A car can kill a persons as quick as a knife.
