There are reports that she was told to move the vehicle by other officers, and told also to get out the vehicle by the officer who shot her.

She was illegally impeding them from doing their job and the second that they gave her an order to get out of the car, she was considered 'detained'.   When she left and tried to run over the LEO, she was again breaking the law.   She wasn't trying to move the car and even if she were that was in direct opposition to the legal order she was given to get out.

People disagreeing with those protesting are now labelling them as unlawfully interfering. 

Actually that's what law enforcement is saying.
And why ... because that's what they were doing.
There is a difference between protesting and interfering with LEOs enforcing the law.
This woman was interfering .. which is against the law.

You feel that the officers past incident being run over has no merit here? How blind of a conclusion is that?  Who's creating their own narrative? That appears to be those defending the officer and not letting police investigate the incident.
