If Good decided not to block ICE vehicles with her car, and didn’t accelerate with intent and malice striking an agent weaponizing her car, she be alive.

 Good and her wife seemed quite happy to go from legal observers to agitators and blocking ICE vehicles.

Can someone really be considered a 'legal observer' when 
they are breaking the law the whole time they are supposedly
just observing?   I think not.

Again.  She was willfully impeding ICE.

She didn’t comply with the agents.

She was blocking the ICE vehicles, she only had to continue to back up to get out of the way.

The agents on foot had her car surrounded with an agent in front of the car.  Why accelerate forward unless she didn’t care who she took out to get out of there.

So.  It doesn’t help her case.

I guess her six year old child attends a local school.  I can’t find the Fox article.  But it claimed Good and her partner supposedly move around a lot?

Good and her partner became something more than legal observers when Good parked the SUV to impede ICE vehicles, and Good’s wife was confrontational.  

Sad the media and state officials gloss over the situation by labeling agitators “legal observers”.

I think that will be for your courts to decide.

But again, if the woman was driving away, and merely trying to leave, which is how it appears, then firing at her does not meet your Police policy standards.

A vehicle only qualifies as deadly force if it's being used in a way that clearly threatens death or serious injury and there's no reasonable alternative.

Then there are the witness statements to consider.

The alternative was not to approach the vehicle or simply step aside...
