But again, if the woman was driving away, and merely trying to leave, which is how it appears, then firing at her does not meet your Police policy standards.

A vehicle only qualifies as deadly force if it's being used in a way that clearly threatens death or serious injury and there's no reasonable alternative.

Then there are the witness statements to consider.

The alternative was not to approach the vehicle or simply step aside...

That new video clearly shows her turning the wheel to avoid the ICE agent. It also shows clearly that he moved out of the way while at the same time shooting her dead then he called her a f**n bitch as he just walked away. They would not allow a doctor to provide assistance to her, when police and ambulance arrived then they all just drove away, leaving the scene of a homicide.

I hardly see what you find funny about the entire affair.

"Video doesn't lie" is a slogan, not an analysis Krusty. 

Turning the steering wheel while boxed in or panicking is not the same as deliberately using a car as a deadly weapon.

And your own "Department of Justice" policy explicitly states "officers should move out of a vehicle's path and that placing oneself in front of a car creates officer-generated jeopardy."

Seems to me that standing directly in front of a vehicle, and then to the side, with a gun drawn, then claiming deadly force was unavoidable, contradicts that policy.

Again i'm sure your courts, combined with the witness statements, and multiple sources of video evidence, will establish who was in the wrong and/or who should be held to account or prosecuted.

WTF?  I saw the front vid angle of her turning the wheel and giving it gas with him in front of her.  She did NOT try and avoid him.  It’s all on video FFS.  Unless you’re a total dumbass and in denial, it shows exactly what she did.

And I couldn’t care less how she was raising her kid, maybe she should’ve been thinking of her kid instead of stalking and harassing LEO’s doing their job. She wouldn’t be doing this chit if she’d put her family’s well being first, she didn’t and now the kid has no mom. She’s a dumb chit for doing what she did.
