Video after video shows she turned her car into a roadblock.  Why her car was maneuvered to be perpendicular to the path of the ICE vehicle.  Why else did Good pull up to block the ICE agents.  

When Good willingly impeded and interfered with law enforcement, she put herself in jeopardy.

You assess video evidence as well as other evidence as a prosecutor? Then why do you get everything wrong so often? Talk about pompous arrogance in a prosecutor. Holy Sh^t!  This plus adding into most every post that "I'm a prosecutor" "So I know I'm right!" 
Prosecutors are paid to get convictions these days, not learn the truth, and to ignore the truth, and don't look for the truth, since their case will fall apart quickly.

Nothing more dangerous to any citizen than an insecure prosecutor desperate to prove themselves to those depositing the paycheck.
Plus one completely taken over by their own politics and inserting it into everything.

ICE agent who killed woman was dragged by car months before shooting

• The ICE agent who shot and killed a woman Wednesday in Minneapolis was “sensitive” after being dragged by a car months earlier, according to Vice President JD Vance.
  

The officer involved should never have put himself in front of the vehicle especially after his previous accident, his training for such situations is clearly at fault and he maybe even reacted out of fear/anger after suffering injuries in the previous 'crash'
He clearly had issues from his previous experience and as Member Exeter's excellent post points out, he is clearly seen shooting twice as the vehicle passes him. The incident should of never escalated into a fatal shooting.
