They probably even sold them some of the equipment to enrich it, and the rest probably was bought from China, China does buy a lot of oil products from Iran I read. If they have experts there enriching it, and have equiptment to measure it's enrichment and the technological expertise to build the bombs, why would they need to do nuclear testing. Once we developed the technology, little testing is done anymore. North Korea probably did not have as much experienced outside tutoring so they had to do some testing... You still have to test. We did hundreds of tests after developing the bomb, and there were thousands of tests worldwide even after it was fairly proven technology.

A test would also have a very distinct signature that would be obvious to anyone that knows what to look for. The Express article I quoted was clearly speculation. They were in the minority of outlets making that claim, along with the likes of The Sun. I was just replying to another posters speculation.

No link as on television a moment a go, Fox News says they are heading for Guam. Also, they took off not fully loaded with fuel so might be carrying bomb loads. I know too much and question everything.
Does anyone know the minimum safe distance of ignorance? Did anyone ask the monkeys how much fun the barrel actually was?

What makes you think that all the scenarios you listed are probable? It puts a lot of faith into the entities who have been telling us for 30 years that they almost have a nuke. Personally, I don't think the timing now is because they are "about to have one", but rather it's the perfect time to strike. Israel just took out Hamas and Hezbollah, limiting proxy capacity close to home. Syria fell, and Israel took out the air defense there. So they've been able to loiter refueling planes over Syria for their strike campaigns in Iran. It wasn't long ago that a vast majority of the ATS community realized Iran was always a wet dream for the Neocons. I'd say most were oppose to the thought of the US getting involved. The only difference now is that Trump seems to like the idea, so a lot of his base is following suit. Where I think they are miscalculating is that this isn't 2003. We didn't just have 9/11, so the public support is going to be nowhere close to Iraq. And if this turns into just more than a few bombing runs, you can bet that this all gets viewed as a quagmire with the political ramifications to follow.

The U.S. government said way back in March 2022 that Iran could produce enough weapons-grade uranium for a bomb in about one week. Then in 2023, General Mark Milley testified the timeline was 10–15 days. So now... in 2025... Israel suddenly "discovers" this and says we have to strike now? LOL, what were they doing for the last three years? ![]() Link: https://responsiblestatecraft.org/iran-nuclear-deal/ The U.S. government estimated in March 2022 that Iran would need as little as one week to produce enough weapons-grade uranium for one nuclear weapon, according to a State Department official. During a March 2023 congressional hearing, then-Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Mark Milley testified that Iran could produce this amount of enriched uranium “in approximately 10-15 days.” |
