Mueller investigated "Russian interference in the 2016 US Presidential elections".
Definitely, Russians hacked the DNC, and the exfiltrated data was used to imply that the DNC were possibly culpable of several alleged but unevidenced crimes and misdemeanours. And several of those conspiracy theories also appear to have been initiated by Russian propogandists.
Trump was one of the candidates in that election and actually won the election (despite losing the popular vote), so, if the interference had resulted in a skewed result, Trump's campaign, as winner, would be the only one who benefitted.
So, yes, Mueller investigated the Trump campaign for any possible criminal conspiracy with Russia to influence the electoral outcomes - he did not find any.

Mueller was appointed as special investigator - to investigate Russian interference in the 2016 election.
The attempted intererence did happen. There was ample proof of it in the hacks and in the use of social media and even in political rallies on-the-ground within the USA organized by Russians and fuelled by Russian generated propaganda.
... and Trump did become President. Even he was surprised by his win.

I wish that too but I think were way beyond the days of being civil because of the HUGE amount of USA traitors living among us today. That includes Mueller. So how it it the 1st Impeachment still stands when the evidence aganst him and used for impeachment was since proven to be false.
