RIP to those who perished.
Sad and senseless murders. Sympathies to all those affected and RIP to the victims.
" Western nations face new terror landscape
The majority of Western attacks are now carried out by individuals without formal group affiliations, who radicalise through social media, gaming platforms and encrypted messaging apps. The shift towards online radicalisation has enabled potential terrorists to access extremist content, and organise with minimal physical contact. Algorithmic radicalisation on popular social media sites can drive users toward progressively more extreme content over time.
The West saw its first major rise in terrorist incidents since 2017, with attacks increasing from 32 to 52. Sweden, Australia, Finland, the Netherlands, Denmark and Switzerland registered their first attacks in more than five years. Germany was Europe's worstperforming nation, placing 27th globally following the Magdeburg Christmas market attack.
In the UK, under-18s accounted for 42% of 219 terror arrests last year1 , reflecting a broader Western trend where youths account for one in five terror suspects. They typically lack ties to established groups and can combine contradictory extremist ideologies."

At least 10 poor souls dead, and 28 others are confirmed seriously injured.
What a world.
As to the horrible bastard responsible being bullied at school.
Who the heck was not to at least some degree?
Otherwise, you would need to lead a rather charmed existence.
Not any sort of reasoning or excuse.

Use words, use fists, kick them when they are down if that's necessary, but cutting down innocents in a crowd with a gun is mindless. Obviously this is the "in crowd" bullying the loners who feel defenseless like everyone is against them. With the attitudes of parents and teachers and no one willing or able to properly punish the bullies with a lesson in the woodshed, and no one teaching self defense these kids are basically helpless without a weapon.
They should teach self defense courses and techniques for dealing with bullies. Teach them all how to box and put them in the ring to fight it out using the rules. If that isn't enough, make teams and have them fight it out on the field with hand-to-hand like a bunch of soccer hooligans. Let them experience the pain while they bloody each other up and get it out of their systems.

RIP to those who perished.
Thanks for bringing this to our attention.
That is very sad and stupid.
It is also very strange.
Why would this guy come back 3 or 4 years later and do that? All that time passed and still obsessing?
The same people would not even be in the school.
Maybe he also had a major grudge on specific teachers.
Condolences to the families of the victims.

Not got a clue mate.
Some kind of gripe against a teacher would be my bet also, given the extended period of time since he attended.
Their reasoning is generally as flawed as their actions all the same.
Just madness really.

Just what can be gleaned so far.
It looks like the 21-year-old former student entered the building with a legally owned Glock and shotgun, and within minutes killed ten people, eight students and two adults, also managing to injure eleven others before cowardly taking his own life in the toilet.
Apparently he had previously dropped out of school, because he allegedly was bullied, and Police believe revenge was likely his motivation, although the investigation remains ongoing.
Authorities also discovered a non-functional pipe bomb at his home when later searched.

These stories always bother me we have dedicated teachers in our family...
I was going to suggest coping skills, but I can remember the 1-2 times I was bullied, this guy would let it go, and pushed me as I walked by, I gave him a black eye, and his brother conked me on the head with a glass Coke bottle.
I can't imagine having to fight every day, and social media made it worse.
His mind was not for rent to any god or government
Always hopeful yet discontent, knows changes aren't permanent
But change is

Where i went to school in the 80s/90s it was either bully or get bullied.
The trick being not to repeatedly pick on someone weaker than yourself.
People that done so, became the next target, of the bigger boys a year up, and so on, and so forth.
It was not right, and it was not correct, but simply the colour of the day in Glaswegian schools back then.
Some poor sods took all sorts of crap because they refused to stand up for themselfs.
Especially those who attended the place but did not stay in the area.
And some of the teachers were even worse, with their borderline child abuse.
The place is knocked down now and all wee Barrett type houses, and the world spun, for the better or worse of the matter.
