But Trump says those judges are nepotistic judges doing it out of corruption, right? Getting in the way of a greatness only 47% of America wants. (At latest)

He overstates The momentum.
I think for now all us California Trotsky-Marxist-commies are going to try to block the Fascists through the courts first.
Like this statement suggests:
And democrats always appeal to authority (judicial) to fight for us before we fight ourselves. Plus we don't really believe in guns too deeply in liberal California. Barely any handguns left. Never hear gunshots either. So I'm unsure on my state's ability to win any civil war, or even handle firearms.
But if push came to shove, I'd side with my states soveirgnty and support whatever was necessary to maintain our immigrant loving - DEI supporting - woke determination of freedom and interpretation of the constitution - particularly on the civil rights of the undocumented.
Though I see more like a Serenity Valley Scenario where all the belief of our own fight is mercilessly crushed by overbearing force.
Hey, but then I'll get to be a vagabond mercenary afterwards.
ETA:
That took what, 4 hours for The 9th circuit to overrule the lower court on appeal? Troop deployment to resume. So it goes when you try to use the courts to fight.
We'll keep at it. And our senators will keep getting kicked out of things and temporarily detained. I mean, if they're willing to do it...
In the real world, Masada, where all the belief of our fight is mercilessly crushed by overbearing force. Currently Iran vs Israel...
OR Cali/Trump
hopefully both realize fucking America is all about compromises, especially when we are divided AF. Once the country is DAF, which is an apt acronym, it should be every President, Senator, Congressional member, and Federal judge's desire to try to turn down the volume, lower the heat. The vast majority would rather wrestle for a smidgen more control, in anger and conflict, than compromise
Padilla's theatrics are crazy always though od him being a stoic reserved dude
Interestingly, the timeline of majority control, since 1935, shows how divided we are. This timeline shows the Democrats have had significantly more control since the modern era, maybe thats the issue, those 12 of 16 years of Democrat Presidency loom large.

That's not what I observe, I see the past being repeated and no foresight or consideration into the future wellbeing of America's next generations.

For once you are correct! The dems are continuing down a path that isn't in the best interest of the citizens of this country.
California, and other states like them, are continuing the flood of illegal immigrants that has been going for the last four years. All without looking at the citizens of their states and asking what do they need. Kind of like all of those phone companies that will give you free this and that to sign up for their service, but will jack up the bill of existing customers by 40-60%.

I meant economically, mostly. But time will tell how many legal Americans will lose their jobs and businesses when they have deported all those hard working migrants that have helped built their economies and societies for the last few decades.
But from recent news, it appears Trump can't deport, willy nilly, anyone now without due process...what a bother, huh?

Exactly, our past acceptance of Democratic dominated political control begets the current and future conflict.

Now, see, how beneficial it is to have non-Americans on this forum to call out the partisan crap.

Oh you mean that Trump can't deport those that have gone through the correct process but are just waiting on court dates etc. You know how it's always been.......
The only ones getting deported "willy nilly", as you like to put it, are those that are here illegally. You know the ones that have no legal right to be here and have no protections in this country.

That remains to be seen and don't think I won't post court transcripts to show the truth.

Just because a person leans right for now doesn't make me "partisan" FFS.
The fact remains that the Democrats have dominated the American political landscape for the last decade and a half

LOL Pot/kettle.
"The earliest appearance of the idiom is in Thomas Shelton's 1620 translation of the Spanish novel Don Quixote. The protagonist is growing increasingly restive under the criticisms of his servant Sancho Panza, one of which is that "You are like what is said that the frying-pan said to the kettle, 'Avant, black-browes'."[sup] [3][/sup] The Spanish text at this point reads: Dijo el sartén a la caldera, Quítate allá ojinegra (Said the pan to the pot, get out of there black-eyes).[sup] [4][/sup] It is identified as a proverb ( refrán) in the text, functioning as a retort to the person who criticises another of the same defect that he plainly has. Among several variations, the one where the pan addresses the pot as culinegra (black-arse) makes clear that they are dirtied in common by contact with the cooking fire."
