Only a headshot or center mass.
If they were aiming for the neck it wasn’t a well trained person, not a pro.

Outside possibility THAT shot was planned to throw off the normal assumptions.

Update: At the press conference right now they’re saying they tracked the dude on the roof into a neighborhood and have good video footage of him that they are not releasing right now.
They’ve got footprints, palm prints and forearm prints too.
“He blended in well and appears to be college age.”
“We have images of the suspect.”

We have suspicious activity of a private plane just after the shooting ....

If it was a professional hit, the shooter would have done his business with the single kill shot, clean escape, flown to another state within an hour, and disappeared.

The airport was 10 minutes from the shooting.   The airplane illegally turned off it's tracking.

I heard about this. When the jet did turn on it's transponder where did it go?

If it went into Mexico, this could point to Cartels being behind the shooting, if it just landed in Arizona somewhere, then it's anybodies guess.

The only weapon I was okay at was the M60 Machine Gun.
I had to 'familiarize' with it in basic training .. shooting it at a tank out of my foxhole.
It had tracers so I was able to adjust my shooting to hit the tank.
If you miss a target the size of a tank, with a machine gun spraying everywhere, 
then you really are a lousy shot.  
Thankfully ... I hit it just fine.  

Shot the LAW (light anti-tank weapon) as well.
A couple of times.
Missed the tank on that one though.

It headed towards Arizona and then disappeared.
An hour later it reappeared on radar as it came back to the original airport.
Turned off it's radar/tracking illegally.
Just enough time to drop someone off in Arizona and come back.

At least .. that's what I'm reading.
I hope the cops look into this airplane thing.
