For 'college age' he shot very well.
Professional abilities IMHO.

A very large number of Military Servicemen are of "College age". For someone who was in the service, 200 yards is not a big deal to be shooting at a man-sized target. 

I'm not saying that the shooter was in the service or that he was in the service, I'm just pointing out that with a few weeks of training, anybody can make this shot but it also means that the shooter did have to get trained either by someone or through self-training (i.e. watching videos and copying them through actions). 

So the notion that this shooter had "Professional ability" is not that difficult the get.

We have suspicious activity of a private plane just after the shooting ....

If it was a professional hit, the shooter would have done his business with the single kill shot, clean escape, flown to another state within an hour, and disappeared.

The airport was 10 minutes from the shooting.   The airplane illegally turned off it's tracking.

The regional airport deals with domestic flights and is just a ten-minute drive from Utah Valley University where Kirk was speaking. 
 Speculation on social media has pointed to a private jet that left the airport shortly after the single shot that killed the conservative activist rang out. 
 Flight tracking data shows the jet left the airport shortly after 2pm and headed south towards the Arizona border before it disappeared from radars. 
 It then reappeared on radars and returned to Provo roughly one hour after leaving the airport. 
 The jet in question has a registered owner in the Utah city of Lehi, according to FAA data seen by the Daily Mail.
