I think it was an exercise shut on camera. Testing drone with wings was a practice target. IR footage. One can see wings of the test drone as shot from above it.

It is no fake but misrepresented.

Thanks for the post as I never heard of this one before.  We see many things here up in outer space in South Carolina. One was a huge silent triangle that had 100's of geometric shapes on its belly. That would somewhat support what Mr. Borland witnessed; a huge black triangle in his testimony to Congress.  What I saw didnt have any lights nor plasma energy field on the top as he witnessed.  We also see UFO's over the Savannah River Nuclear Reservation. They also are tiangular in shape after image enhancement. Luis Elizondo under oath testified to Congress they are over the Savannah River Location. I dont think he ever mentioned their shape. We agree that UFO's are over Savannah River. Now just who owns them could be the question of the century. I filed a report on NUFORC. 

Today, I sent an intra-mail form to Representative Nancy Mace  about what we have seen as I offered all of my pictures and videos of what we have witnessed. I could include a usless video of nothing which I still have. I was trying to film a monster size orange UFO so close to us my wife thought it was underwater in the lake. It would not let me video it as I am dropping F bombs and talking to God as a result. In Borlands testimony he said that the triangle messed with his phone. I concurr that its possible.

Why the Hellfire did not explode among other things explained.

It did not explode because certain modifications such as Hellfire R9X instead of explosives prior to hitting a target, releases set of metal blades. Those blades cut and chop the target... that's what we actually saw in that ufo video. I still believe it was an exercise filmed on camera.
just my opinion and i might be wrong.

I will check that video later tonight tho.
