The USA's new partnerships?
I like the IDF and have no problem with the IDF being more closely aligned. They have ALWAYS had a LOT of influence. It's owning what's always been.
But never at the expense of NATO allies before.
This is MORE than a military realignment, or increased Israeli influence, this comes off like ideological holy war realignment. Like, NATO got too socialist with too much religion/politics separation, so we needed to gravitate towards others that think they are also anointed by god... or that's how it comes off, like we are being positioned as The World's Christian Holy Soldiers. There are just too many crusade undertones to ignore.
It's also becoming a self fulfilling holy war prophecy of sorts.
Though I ask in Jest, "At what point does Trump declare himself savior and demand Israel pay homage for everything he's done and them?" Because it's sorta hard to rule out that happening.

People tend to say "no" if you don't ask permission DB.
Thats just how the cookie crumbles...
They like to be in the loop.
Additionally, I seem to recall Starmer offered the assistance of two aircraft carriers, which Trump did not want.

I worked with IDF during the Sand Wars.
They're great people.
A bit spooky, but great.

The ungrateful twat called our carriers "toys".
Way to alienate long standing Allies by insulting our Royal Navy.
No wonder we told him to stuff his War. After he would have had to remove his poopy diaper in order to do so....

No. He said he didn't need or want our help.
By the way, NATO is a defensive alliance.
Perhaps you and Trump forgot about the "North Atlantic" bit?
NATO is not your bitch.

It's pretty evident from my pov
IsraelMAGA has an agenda that entails a lot of death and a lot of destruction
The undertaking is so extensive, Israel's military can't manage alone
They need a partner to handle the heavy lifting
Enter: US
The reason why US is because many American citizens and several politicians feel obligated to capitulate to every one of Israel's demands
Some of these politicians are paid off or blackmailed
The rest are obliged by a moral duty to support God's Chosen People because of religion
For all intents and purposes, this is a Holy War
Even though most won't reference it as such
The rest of Americans who don't subscribe to these prophecies and beliefs are going to be dragged along and forced to participate, anyway
Resistance will be met with repercussions--legal or otherwise

We are being arrogant jerks with NATO allies. And I think all criticisms veil a desire to withdraw altogether. The tail wagging is "they don't spend enough on defense" and the dog is nationalism and isolationism, with only one best friend needed.
The reason Trump mocks them is to make his unwaivering base support it if he kills an 8 decade allience to the heartbreak of globalists everywhere.
Sorta like instilling that the grapes they wanted to trade were sour, so we are not missing anything anyway.
Its sad. But we lost. The 250 year anniversary under Kamala had to many migrant rainbows, so America chose this instead. And what we elected has no more affinity for NATO and decreased support of long-time allies, more team players to agree that Trump is right and they deserve it.
And the many that dont like his pissing matches with former friends can only watch in horror.

Kind of like a jihad, that Iran and ISIS, and etc etc etc have had for 1600 years?
