Who knows what's up with the UFO shit. the craft that lights up like x-miss lights or make rings might be crudes stealth, but effective.  It really confucelates ones eyes. Anything with lights is suspect, the first thing you learn in industrial psychology is the effect that lights has on workers. the russians even wrote books about it 100 years ago.
