maybe the va won’t list it as ahi, but as the individual conditions.

I have spent over a decade trying to get the VA to cover in service injuries from Agent Orange Exposure, and these "Havana Syndrome" events are still newish, but AHI will get looked into but that doesn't mean that the VA will cover it. If Barker is stating that his UFO event injuries are being covered by the VA (not the tri-care system, but actual VHA Veteran Heath Administration) then there are some mighty big shenanigans taking place.
