Richard Dolan says he will reach out to Jake Barber to discuss his experience a little further.
Dolan thinks he knows Barber's employer and wants to confirm that with Barber.
Dolan also discusses how the U.S. military has the sound tech that affects the mind/emotions that was used on POWs and asks so why do we think advanced aliens wound not have it too. He has over 30 years of UFO/UAP research and adds many interesting tidbits in this video, such as other instances of egg shaped craft sightings and retrievals and how government military uses PSI ops. This helps me be less skeptical and he also suggests we all don't let ourselves get into whistleblower fatigue.
