"Now you are telling this cnn msn bull claiming the war was an invasion and illegal?"

Who quoted CNN as a source?

So this is not an invasion?

Seriously ???

Despite this fact, sadly the UK news feed is still riddled with obvious Marxist Progressive tropes; even though Brexit was good for British sovereignty, we all know it had nothing to do with caring for the people's rights but rather, the main reason was because the Bank of England couldn't bear to lose its power to anything like EU mandates.

Actually, the main reason for leaving the EU was because we, the people, voted to leave in a Referendum..

As noted previously; the UK left the EU as a result of a Referendum in which the British people expressed their democratic wish to regain their own sovereignty.
This came as a bit of a surprise for many political commentators and most Establishment figures and organisations including the major political parties, big business and pharma.......and The Bank of England.

Its just a shame that Brexit itself was managed incompetently by the government of the day which was riddled with Remainers as is the established and traditional political machine that has continued to undermine and betray the British people......even more so than ever at present.
I believe in this and its been tested by research, he who fucks nuns will later join the church.

I can't argue with you there at all.

I am just reinstating my belief that entities like the EU, Bank of England, City of London, Wall Street, are all unelected supposedly financial or governmental bodies that effect public and private life of supposed sovereign citizens far too much, and the MSM is complicit in making anything they say or do seem 'good'. I don't trust BBC, Fox, CNN, or almost any mainstream news source.  They are all far too partisan.  In the UK and EU it is a miasma of Progressive and left leaning nonsense that is very easy to see through, as not objective reporting, but rather a programming and pushing of a world that these 'elite' organisations want to see occur, which is a carbon taxed, 15 minute city, techno fascist nightmare ala China on steroids.
Ukraine and Russia is a case in point, as you have (per above) monied interests and intelligence agencies using the MSM to paint it in idiotic black and white terms, to use the land and people as fodder and resources for their own greed and corruption.  Just look at Burisma and Bidenenko.
NATO ties into this as well, as I tried to explain to your esteemed fellow citizen.  But boots on the ground evidence is not good enough, it has to come from the intelligence community-controlled previously approved MSM sources.

Agreed.

And, us Brits aren't known for meekly doing what we are told.

"sadly the UK news feed is still riddled with obvious Marxist Progressive tropes".

What tripe!

tripe perhaps but it seems like that you have a different view and probably would agree at some level if definitions and context were explored, not to say go down that rabbit hole, but consider the phrase "Marxism is what Marxists do in the same way that Democracy is what Democrats do" which may highlight that its being used more as a sociopolitical placeholder symbol rather than a rigorous academic definition.

Maybe. But just taking the BBC as an example, it has never been afraid to criticize, expose scandals and hold to account Governments of all colours.

The likes of the Sun and Daily Mail (crap as they may be) are hardly left leaning. Nor is GB news!

We have a very broad range of news sources and it's irritating to be constantly told by some (not your good self!) that our news is Govt brainwashing etc.

Great news.
Let's see if my new year's prediction is just the lamest worst case scenario, and that something even better happens.  I think Russia will keep Donetsk/Donbass, Zelensky will get to join EU and all the 'wonder' that entails but not NATO.  And western corporations will have a field day in Ukraine, sadly.  No one really wins, but at least the killing stops.
