I was walking normally without a walker and pain 2 hours after surgery. It is a total life changing experience for me to be without the pain I’ve dealt with for three decades. Yeah, the drugs are an added bonus although mine are fairly mild. Comfortabley Numb works!
It is.
I was on crutches for a while and had adaptations at home.
I was terrified before the op as my consultant ran thru the risks in detail as I was a clinical negligence lawyer at the time.
Waited on a trolley for five hours. Trainee Nurse came in and said:
"'Sorry for the delay, a lady whose just had the same thing done has gone a bit wrong"
Thanks, love.

'l'll just check my Giveashitometer....Nope. Nothing...

X and Grok -- I've found to not be much better than Breitbart.
The goal was to overtake Liberal leaning Twitter? And they have.
So, the previous Twitter users moved to Blue Sky.
How many times do you see links on here from Blue Sky?

That was 15 years ago.
I remember it very well.
Cost a fortune for breakfast.
Back when magazines used to be a thing I remember seeing the Canadian prices listed on them and thinking if it ever cost that for this I'm out.

Strange how that gets purposely swept under the rug from the left and you in your post.
Reminds me of Biden in this meme
IDK why it always reminds of the Biden regime.

And yes, anyone who pays national insurance and tax in the UK contributes to the NHS.
As to Canada, i imagine it's similar.
Nothing is really "free" Flyers, there is always a cost to be had.
It's a fair argument for healthcare but every other country in the world gets a better price rate for pharmaceuticals If we got the same price it could have an impact on our insurance costs.

Again, there is always a cost to be had.
As to working for us, that's debatable given the state of the place and the fact that past administrations raped, pillaged, and underfunded the great institution for nearly two decades.
And the truth is, this one seems unwilling to address or fix the mess either.
Anyhoo, i suppose we are drifting off topic.
Suffice to say, different strokes for different folks, and leave it at that.

This thread is supposed to be about Maduro and the US strike in Venezuela.
Now it's about health care systems in US/Canada/UK.
I think it got a little off track.
Probably because there is nothing left to talk about at this point with Maduro.
Nothing until more info comes out.

I said the same thing at the same time.
Yeah ...
Nothing to really talk about with Maduro now.
Gotta' wait for more information to come out.
It's all just speculation at this point and opinion.
Not really news.
