I'm wondering if there is something more going on. Trump speaking about elections there reminded me of the Dominion, Smartmatic connection to Venezuela.
Obviously oil, drugs are a big part of this but with the level of corruption there this also leads to all the questions swirling around the 2020 election. Now that he is here maybe they can- persuade- him to come clean about whether there was some tinkering with those machines.

Trump is not going to let this opportunity slip away.
