It doesn't look like any woman will ever want to preserve my dna by having my child. I kinda despise men who've experienced this privilege especially if they have a daughter (they get to have two women who care about them).

Have you tried making contact at all? What did you try?

I'm going to be brutally honest.

If you're 40 and never been in a relationship, it's you.

It's not "thugs" or "bad boys" who are the problem, it's your lack of self worth and you project it. You expect to be rejected and so you are.

My advice : Grow a pair. You can either spend the rest of your life alone or quit feeling sorry for yourself,  blaming it on the women or that imaginary "alpha male" and go find a date.

Nobody can help you but you.

"Bad boys" are broken

Women who seek them are broken

It's like the movie 'Idiocracy' is a real life documentary.

Women have either always ignored me or construed me as a competitor rather than a lover but they seem to be enamoured with men who I can only describe as "thugs" and "bad boys". Now I don't hate women for this as there are obviously evolutionary adaptations why women gravitate toward the most confident, successful and sometimes aggressive males (protection, resources etc.) at the expense of socially awkward men such as myself. However I do object to young women mocking me slyly while they give pleasure to "bad boys". It's as if women can tell I'm genetically unfit to reproduce and I find this upsetting.

My daughter recently explained to me how the young generations of women no longer will settle for someone who isn't the right person for them in a relationship. They would rather be alone their entire life, but that does not mean they aren't dating and/or looking for non-committal interactions. The location/atmosphere where you are engaging women is of the utmost importance - in an party/alcohol/drug infused atmosphere will get you people most likely interested in activities that you may not be interested. If you want a committed relationship then why not join a marriage broker/dating service specifically geared to marriage or long-term commitments?

When I was younger I felt much the same.  I had a woman tell me to my face that she would be interested in dating me if I wasn't such a nice guy.  (Last I saw of her she was dating a used car salesman who was a known womanizer.  I wonder how that worked out?)

Anyway, here's the thing...If you're not spending time on women then spend it on you.  Ever want to learn a martial art?  How about travel?  Learn another language, or even join a gym.  It can open up avenues to meet other like minded people.  And as folks say, when you're not looking is when you meet someone.

I liked that flick also Flyers....

As it shows us where society could go if we stop valuing knowledge.

And the truth is, some people are halfway there already.  Saint2

It is weird how people will say both 1) that movie is practically a documentary, and 2) eugenics is wrong and evil.
