Or entering into nuclear arms sharing agreements, such as Russia has done with Belarus.

Isn't it interesting how Russia is helping so many others in this area? They really don't have to develop their own nuclear deterrents when Russia can simply provide them with some of theirs.

Interestingly the Trump agenda is using the Heritage Foundation playbook to the letter.

Its a shame Trump can't comprehend all this. He probably still believe Putin is his friend.
