Here is video link. Video link on twitter
it’s the orange one, not the helicopter behind it. I’ve see another closer video of it.
not to impressive to me but it’s picking up online so I’m posting it.
could be a plane flying towards person filming or rocket launch going away, but not sure.
here is screen shot:

Thanks for putting in the effort, another light in the sky.
I call not love in human frame,
But chrome, and fire, and roaring flame.
She came in smoke and metal breath,
A streak of lust, a dance with death.

Extended footage.
But people are far too distracted to pay attention to this right now.
Just picturing the in-the-know General that decided to do this.
"Jeezus freaking hell this country, you know, I'll bet we can go fly one our USOs all lit up right on the beach and it wouldn't even concern people the slightest. I don't think people pay attention to the sky with the War of the Worlds concern they once did."
Probably a perfectly logical helicopter or obnoxiously glowing drone. But if it was something other-worldy it's probably really easy to get away with flying those anywhere you want now.

Really appreciate the contribution. However, in all honesty, I feel stupider by watching it.. Seriously, my brain cells are fried......

Not a helicopter. Not a drone. The optical power coming out of that source is huge. Probably Megawatts. First of all, it's not a point source. It's an extended object or source, Second, it's not unidirectional. All lights on conventional aircraft (airplanes, helicopters, drones) are unidirectional. That means that they have reflectors behind them to focus the light in one preferred direction. That means that if this was a light on an aircraft, helicopter, or drone that was flying, its brightness would vary as it moved around. This light source is clearly not doing that. It seems to be concentrating the light into an equatorial plane, including in the direction toward the observer on the shore. That's pretty weird all by itself. This is anomalous.

From a suggestion on Twitter/X, perhaps it's the Ponce Inlet Lighthouse, Daytona Beach.
I think the people taking the video, on a crappy cellphone, know what it is and just posted to get some TikTok giggles and views.
