Don't know if this directly confirms the assertion that "triangle shaped" craft are of US/human origin or not, but, in the late 1990's through early 2000's I was associated with a private civilian firm which, under contract with the US Air Force and its Battlelab, worked on the the development of a large, V-shaped unmanned airship intended as an ISR platform for extreme high-altitude operations
