This makes no sense. Article V doesn't apply to Ukraine, because they aren't a member of NATO, and aren't going to be a member of NATO any time soon. But bombing London or Berlin WILL invoke Article V.

  You missed my point. Iran is a proxy of Russia, who can if bombed by NATO bomb the countries that Bomb them.
