Every so often one side or the other will commit a hostile act and its opponent will respond. No-one seriously thinks of this as an ongoing war, though. The Korean War as such ended in 1953.
India and Pakistan present a different example of how two countries can conduct episodic hostilities for more than half a century without an ongoing hot war. China and India, yet another.
Do you believe the Hundred Years’ War really was fought over a hundred years? No, it blew hot and blew cold for a century.
These latest strikes have had the effect of drawing our token Zionist back to the thread, but I doubt they’ll achieve anything more substantive than that. They are just Trump’s thrashings-about. The Iranians have him well and truly hooked.
Iran, Not Trump, is in Control of This War
While those are good examples of prolonged conflicts, I don’t think they serve as a perfect analogy.
Many have tried to sell the war of Iran for decades now and we finally got to kinetic back and forths. The most recent blows include Iranian strikes on US bases. That alone is enough to make one skeptical of a looming peace deal… But alas, we don’t have a peace deal, only the outline to one.
Some of that outline has also proven to be very hard to attain. For instance the Lebanon question and also the fees for the strait.
The difference you and I have is that you see the war is over in absolute terms whereas I’ve been noting I’m skeptical it is over. I very well may be wrong, and I sincerely hope I am.

Then for the time being, if the bi-pedals are not yet ready, we go with the existing inventory of quad bots. They will go ahead in conjunction with the fiber optic non-jammable drones. The Marines have already been training with these bots for years.

I mean shit, I am very tempted to buy my own flame thrower robot dog this year since Optimus is clearly being held back for some unknown reason.
And what is this nonsense about the [Image: https://denyignorance.com//images/addsmilies/carrot.gif] Office of Monetary Budget? [Image: https://denyignorance.com//images/addsmilies/carrot.gif] at the end [Image: https://denyignorance.com//images/addsmi...ttmoon.gif]
They are already walking around with flamethrowers and machine guns! That is what an American civilian can purchase and own, and these videos are years old. But in reality, all Iran has to do is stop shooting at civilian ships in violation of our understanding, and then try to say that WE?! are the ones violating the understanding? Give me a break. Just stop shooting ships trying to extort a toll schedule by forcing transit close to their own coastline. Otherwise, these strikes are FULLY justified.
All nice improvements in robotics, but if that's your robot army? Good luck with that.

The Mullahs are going all out to attack Arab. seeking to destroy them. They just can't help themselves, i guess they just want the war to go back on full track for whatever reason Jordan just took out missile over their lands
"Jordan armed forces intercept Iranian missiles, government saysIt appears Jordan has been forced into the conflict, with the state news agency (Petra) reporting a number of Iranian missiles were intercepted over the country.
Air defences shot down eight missiles launched from Iran towards Jordanian territory, according to Petra, citing a military source. There were no reports of casualties or material damage from the attacks.
Earlier, air raid sirens were activated “following reports of the kingdom’s airspace being breached by missiles launched from Iran” , Mohammed al-Momani, a Jordanian government spokesperson, said on X." https://www.theguardian.com/world/live/2...op-of-blog

Definitely not going to win hearts and minds from their neighbors, but I think you may be missing their logic here (even though their logic is still flawed).
I may have misinterpreted your comment, but I take it you view them as arbitrarily attacking other Arab nations. They claim they are targeting US bases in the region.
The reason I noted this as flawed logic on their part is I imagine they think they’re punishing Arab states for hosting the US military. They’ll likely push the alliance closer and strengthen relationships, at least in the short term. This will just add to the number of countries hostile to them.

I'd say if there is any it's Putin causing all this to edge up oil prices to keep his adventures in eastern Europe rolling financially. Know exactly where your'e coming from on punishing the arab. It's a straightforward propaganda for the Persian people that they are in a religious war with Sunni, Arab, Jews, Christians, USA, Israel. In some ways places like Jordan are semi colonial outposts for the yanks, hosting bases and military transplants from the Americas. Allit will do is push Jordana nd Israel, Saudi etc closer and that is possibly a good thing. At least for the leaderships.

Is that true? Seems a bit 'too good to check out' but puts an interesting twist on things if so as he appears to be undergoing as rapid a deterioration as Biden in recent weeks and incapable of such a coherent, rapid response. The unredacted files of Trump 'allegedly' raping children were public domain before the 2016 election Epstein and Trump on trial for raping 13 year old
A brief check seems the judges order to release unredacted files by 2nd July was made late June (25th) following a successful court case from journalist Katie Phang Ruling Phang vs AG ruling
The acting AG in that case, Todd Blanche, seems to have leaked the real identity of the person who sent Epstein the torture video when he posted the name unredacted copy of torture emails here: Sultan bin Sulayem
In the current case it appears that Iran organised their co-ordinated strikes on ships in the Strait to humiliate and isolate Trump as he landed for the NATO summit rather than US admin suddenly having a coherent strategy or interests other than lining their own pockets from the conflict.

Who knows what's true anymore...
I don't believe Trump rapes children.
But i think some of his ""business associates"" might.
