Trump says he bombed Iran

I get pissed at antisemitism tropes while simultaneously thinking our christian zionists are going overboard applying it all way differently than Israel does itself.

Like israel is forever kindred of the evangelical right.

I think its we have symbiotic governments and symbiotic opposition.

It just scares the shit out of me how divergent the approaches are to everything.

Israel is about to host Gaychella. And pride month is still embraced by culture there. Government flying rainbow stars of David and all.   Women are being given promotions and special forces units.  Palestine supporters not called Traitors. Still mostly sane.

Thats what bugs me.   Like do they realize the underlying cultural progressivism they are supporting.

Right now, The Knesset (Israeli Parliment) is decked out in Pride displays for June and to celebrate openly LGBT IDF soldiers.

We have a MMA ring on the white house lawn for June.
No Pride displays at our capital anymore.

But we LOVE the country who does.

Well. Not sure of your bent political or otherwise, but here in the U.S. we have congressmen decked out in their IDF kit, Israeli flags everywhere, and Randy Fone saying he’s okay if the U.S. doesn’t continue to exist another 250 years while serving in Congress.

Sooo yeah. A little topsy-turvey. I’m sure it’ll straighten out once our “symbiosis” is eclipsed by the parasitic Section 224. It’ll be easier when we don’t have a say at all.

I just sound Israeli. The closet i actually get to Israel is being raised by boomer lapsed catholic zionists and exposure to my girlfriend's family.

Just privy to an American Reform Jewish/secular Israeli opinion, which is as critical of Netanyahu as Liberals are of Trump.

But with our decked out IDF supporting congressmen...

Do they also support Pete Hegseth's "reforms?"

Because that could be a really funny contradiction best explained by this Hebrew Image Caption.

Does this have something to do with it 'not being over until the fat lady sings'??

The deal appears to be moving along. It doesn't look like Iran is rushing to sign it for Trumps birthday.
Quote:Iran and the U.S. inched closer to a deal to end the Iran war, as Qatari mediators traveled to Tehran on Sunday to finalize the agreement, according to two regional officials.

So what does the deal include?
Quote:Under the current deal being discussed, U.S. and Israel appear to have fallen short of their original goals of destroying Iran’s missile and nuclear programs and ending its support for proxies. It is not clear how the deal will address these issues, or if they will be part of the final agreement.

Meanwhile, Trump was expected to discuss demining the Strait of Hormuz during the Group of Seven summit that starts Monday. The waterway is crucial to significant shipments of oil, natural gas and related products like fertilizer, and its effective closure rocked the global economy.

The apparent breakthrough came after Iran exchanged fire with the U.S. and Israel earlier in the week, threatening to rupture the ceasefire and push the Middle East back into full-scale war. A tenuous ceasefire has been in place since April 7.

Iran’s nuclear program and highly enriched uranium have long been at the center of tensions with the U.S. and Israel and an international source of concern.
Trump on social media asserted that “when all is calm,” the U.S. would go in and “downblend and destroy” the enriched uranium in Iran or in the U.S.

Quote:Iran has 440.9 kilograms (972 pounds) of uranium that is enriched up to 60% purity, a short, technical step from weapons-grade levels of 90%, according to the International Atomic Energy Agency.

No word yet how much sanctioned cash will be returned to Iran, although Iran is asking for $12 billion, which would be one heck of a birthday present to Iran.

Obama sent them $1.7 billion in 2016 as part of the international tribunal at The Hague.

Which went down like a lead balloon back in the US.

One has to ponder as to how Trump's base will react to $12 billion?
"Yet so it is, we see the illiterate bulk of mankind that walk the high-road of plain common sense, and are governed by the dictates of nature, for the most part easy and undisturbed. To them nothing that is familiar appears unaccountable or difficult to comprehend."

For those of us that can't read Hebrew, what does the caption say?
If true, this looks like a great deal with Iran.

* Iran’s nuclear programme, uranium enrichment activities and mechanisms for handling its stockpile of highly enriched uranium would be negotiated within 60 days of the memorandum and addressed in a final agreement.Reporting by Parisa

$25 billion and reparations and Sanctions relief. Trump is very generous.

Is this the final deal or Iran's wishlist?

It looks like there a a few deals floating around the news rooms.

Whatever it ends up being, it will be the best deal ever.
Haven't been following since my last post got deleted because, apparently, I insulted some Iranians or their sympathizers.

So Is Iran backing out again?
