Nah it is unpopular across the political spectrum internationally  as there's no real plan and regime change or removing enriched uranium isn't achievable by via air bombings.

The only way to remove the regime is boots on the ground which would be very bloody and take decades of occupation - there needs to be a post war plan to stop it falling into a failed state and pointless conflict like Iraq and Afghanistan but so far the US has no plan and has ruled out allowing people who are popular amongst Persians like exiled prince Pahlavi and professors the regime has purged.

Hesgeth has repeatedly proven he's more interested in making millions on the stock market via insider info and leaking plans that put US troops and US security at risk so he and his friends can line their own pockets. He needs replacing  with someone who respects the US and troops and families instead of using them as pawns to make him a billionaire.

Most people realize that and the longer the war goes, the more people are likely to die.
