Might be effective for Middle East defense in general.
Too many details to list pros/cons
Here, you try:
Page 40 starts "sec. 224" (p.43 of the pdf)
H.R. 8800—NATIONAL DEFENSE AUTHORIZATION ACT FOR FISCAL YEAR 2027 CHAIRMAN’S MARK
I can tell you right now
Seeing Netanyahu in action
Knowing the control he already has over the US government and knowing that he will keep pushing until he gets everything he wants
This isn't a good thing
This is definitely not America First
This is a takeover
I'm dead set against it
Do you vow to protect American Sovereignty and stand against the exploitation of our government by any foreign nation?

Now, Mr. "I can stop wars in a day" has put you back into a war he still isn't winning and, quite clearly, he just can't do peace through diplomacy.
And Jared's 'give away the Temple Mount', Jerusalem peace plan, which Dummie Trumb took credit for, has also been a fail.
So many serial failures...

In your opinion and expertise, what would be better, and why/how ?

Sorry Cher, but the same folks here who criticize folks about people “signing up for war” when they enlist, are gonna be the same that excuse a prez that ran on “no new wars” and the politicians that are supposed to keep us out of them.
Just as the same that claim they love the 1A are fine with us being muzzled when criticizing our government or anyone else’s while saying Iran had this coming because of the way they treat their citizens and the world around them.
I don’t make the rules. They’re hard to follow around here... Clown world I guess.

Especially those of us who've lost family members or loved ones or watched them come back from war and struggle to reassimilate back into society when they're suffering from ptsd and depression and hope they don't commit suicide
Quite honestly, we treat our vets like shit
But go ahead and bring back more body bags or disabled and mentally broken human beings
Because Bible Bibi and Trump told us so
Maybe it's time for all the armchair generals cheering for war to get off their asses and go to the frontlines
Including the 3lected officials who vote this shit in
Poor Soul! No one is forcing your precious self to like anything.
And, yes, I have relatives that were killed and wounded in combat, and I know what it's like first hand too.

I'm not talking about the proposed language
I'm referring to the underlying intent, purpose and core objective, rather than literal wording
We all know what Bibi wants even if some of us pretend to be in denial
And if, in your opinion, this merger is great for Isreal but a mistake for Ukraine, that indicates the level of cooperation goes way beyond a guarded partnership

Just wait until Bibi inacts a draft for our soldiers

Interesting. Perhaps you can detail some of this "underlying intents, purpose and core objectives" you are concerned about?
Could affect future Iran adventures!

How could THAT be specified in any Legislation?
Wouldn't it be easier to just have The U.S. Military in Israel on our own bases like Europe and other places?

He wants complete control over our government and military
They're not really hiding it, anymore
We've got Israel First politicians openly vowing to oust every rep who refuses to bow to Israel and they have their wealthy Jewish donars who are invested in filling every spot with their puppets and shills
All the Israel First citizens are either cheering this on or pretending it's not happening
