If there's a peace treaty on the way Israel going to have to go quick if it wants to eliminate Hezbollah from the border, or even Lebanon. They really are playing against the clock. If the Israeli's can be trusted then they'll co-ordinate with Christians in the north and push Shia terror out of Lebaon. Just not sure Israel can be trusted after dropping the Christian in it turn of the century when they withdrew and left the Christ militias out to dry bar taking in the officer corps

Obviously they Israeli is running out of good land in the Jerusalm Tel Aviv zone so yes it is about expansionism, but the arab hasn't exactly helped themselves in the north, first you have the crazy Syrian war now Hezbollah war. By pushing north they will take back the land they gave away around the turn of the century for peace. If, the arabs can do true peace then maybe there will be a bright future, yet Iranian influence needs eradicating from the eastern Medditterraneen or nothing will change. Hezbollah needs eliminating. When they go after Turkey and Egypt, I’ll remember this missive. Greater Israel ain’t gonna build itself. It’s why all the poor Palestinian farmers need to be harassed and treated with violence by those Israeli colonists, er um, settlers.

Sort of agree. Thirty years ago I would have. Back then there was a genuine want in Israel for peace. The holcaust survivors and recent arrivals from Ethipia Russia, Moldavia etc they really wanted peace. They believed i it. They really believed in land for peace. Thyere a possibility things have evolved. Those people are in some cases gone. Their children born in Israel, educated in Israel, brought up with constant war and terror attacks don't believe in this no more. land for peace has been proven in some cases to be a waste of time. Terror attacks, wars continue. The belief that land brings peace no longer holds much water with the youth these days. Why give the lands back when peace doesn't work, in addition when you can pretty easily take those lands back? From an Israeli youth position land for peace has proven a stupid idea. Time to take it bacl.
