When I was in China, I used a public restroom.  It had a hole in the floor and two mosaic feet on either side of the hole to place your feet, squat and make your poo.

There isn't a clear distinction between development of nuclear resources for, say, power generation, or medicine, vs nuclear weapons.

When the UN teams were going in and checking all the time, they said there was no sign of Iran developing nuclear weapons, but that didn't stop Israel's bombing raids on their nuclear facilities - that the UN were monitoring and said were not producing weapons grade stuff.
