Trump says he bombed Iran
It's so funny to see some now saying they actually never really supported Trump, he's an asshole.

Maybe the Epstein files mess and Iran conflict failure has started the Deprogramming!!!

Quote:The real cost of Trump’s $1bn-a-day war.

A shaky ceasefire has raised hopes that the US-Israeli war with Iran could end before it reaches worst-case scenarios that include nuclear escalation and global recession.
The effect of 41 days of high-intensity conflict has already been felt around the world, with the economic fallout affecting everyone from farmers in Australia and schoolchildren in Laos to motorists in Britain and the US watching fuel prices go up.
But it is those countries directly involved in the fighting and on the front lines that have suffered the heaviest losses and could take years to recover.
USADonald Trump’s intervention has incurred spiralling costs in manpower, materiel, and US installations across the Middle East. In the first six days of the war alone, the cost to the US was estimated to be at least $11.3bn (£8.4bn).
At least 13 US soldiers have been killed and more than 300 have been wounded in action, according to the military.
American military bases, air defence systems, and embassies across the Gulf region have been pummelled by Iranian missiles and drones, with at least 17 sites hit in the first fortnight of the conflict, according to a New York Times investigation, based on satellite imagery.
The list includes a drone strike on a base in Kuwait that killed six soldiers, and an attack on the US embassy and CIA headquarters within in Saudi Arabia that caused serious damage, US officials told The Wall Street Journal.

Some of America’s most advanced air defence systems have been targeted in Saudi Arabia, Jordan and the United Arab Emirates, with high-end stockpiles rapidly depleted.
An assessment by the Royal United Services Institute (Rusi) in London calculated last month that coalition forces – which includes allies across the Gulf protected by US air defences – expended 1,294 munitions in the first 16 days of the conflict, at a cost of approximately $26bn (£19bn).

Research by the American Enterprise Institute (AEI) think-tank found that the total cost of the US campaign may already be between 22.3bn and $31bn (16.6bn-£23bn), including the deployment of military assets to the Middle East and the destruction of equipment.
Tom Fletcher, a senior UN official, alongside numerous analysts have estimated that the US was spending around $1bn a day on the war.
AEI researcher Elaine McCusker, a former Pentagon budget official, said a full accounting would only be possible after a complete end of hostilities. She told the Financial Times that “some destroyed systems will take years to replace”.

This exactly’

Their open borders destroyed their chances point blank.

America First sounded real good!    I only know one diehard Trump supporter who is still ok with the way things are going (she’s rich, no mortgage, doesn’t work, inherits a ton of money), and she told me she’s not going to even bother voting anymore.  I guess some lunatics on truth social freaked her out.  She has also never donated to Trump.

My sister, single, had worked solidly for over 40 years, supports herself, donated over thousand to Trump campaign losing $20,000 in market is getting sick of the rising food costs.   She also eats at work quite another (firefighters).  Gets a ton of emails from Repubs looking for donations with insulting language no less.  Get your shit together whoever is in charge of that.

Anyone I know who voted for Trump are having doubts recently.

Im seriously thinking of retiring early because I’m sick of killing myself while others are getting 1300.00 in ebt, free everything.  Drive better cars.  Where is the damn change Make America great again?

Now we get to worry when the next terrorist attack will be?

Where is the Hope?  Where is this really going? It doesn’t look good!

I've always said he's an asshole.
A lot of his MAGA (I'm not MAGA) do as well.
That is actually what they seem to like about him.
No filter.

He is an asshole but I still support him and always have.

Assholes like us have to stick together.

The Epstein files are a big nothing burger, the Obama and Biden administrations also had them and did nothing, so who cares?

The Iran conflict can't be considered a failure yet at this point.

Contrary to some people's belief, I'm not MAGA. Never was. I just liked Trump better than than anyone the Dems put up and I can honestly say that with the people they're considering for the next Presidential election like Newsome, I'll never vote for them.  Build Back Better was a total clusterfuck and Trump had a good idea with Make America Great Again, but.....here we are.

Newsome is absolutely terrifying to think about!

My recommendation to whichever party wants to win it.  Your going to need a candidate under the age of 45 (I work with a lot of 20 year olds, who are now motivated to actually vote.  They will not be ok with anymore Boomers. Most of these young adults don’t have cars/licenses.  Nevermind the cost of insurance.    Most don’t have healthcare!  Where are all the jobs (full time not private equity elite thieving demons).  They are sick of it too!

The younger generation is our future, or are they?  Who is building bunkers?  Either all of congress are criminals or they are not worried about the consequences, and there will be many!

God help us all!

Newsome is absolutely terrifying to think about!

Why?
(04-09-2026, 10:34 AM)David64 Wrote: Well, unless I violated the T&Cs I can't name them, but there are at least 3 that fit the bill.

The majority on here have only disagreed with the way this war was started and because Trump campaigned on "No new Wars".  I haven't seen anyone actually support Iran or support any of the terrorist organisations that Iran supports. I didn't see anyone cheer when the F15 was shot down, or boo when the pilots were rescued.
I don't think anyone on here see Iran as anything but a vile extremist regime.

But I have seen a few post that members are anti-American, communists or support terrorism because they've disagreed with Trumps short sighted attack on Iran.
