Again, you not grasping the fact that America doesn't produce enough of the type of oil needed.   Go back and read the article I posted about why America has to import oil

Here's a snippet..
Quote:
  • Re-tooling refineries to process solely U.S. crude oil (light crude) would cost billions — a risky investment that would take decades to permit, construct and eventually pay off. We lack the infrastructure (like pipelines) needed to cost effectively supply U.S crude oil and refined products to every region. Even if the economics of re-tooling our facilities worked, it can take close to a decade to permit and build pipelines in the United States.

and again your not grasping we can make refineries that process whatever type of oil we have.

Try reading an article about why America has to import oil. Then perhaps you'll understand.

Till the Straits are open prices world wide are only going to rise and there's nothing anyone can do about it.

your right and why America has to import oil, as it would add massively to the price of 'home-grown' oil.

From the article I posted previously...

From the article I posted previously...

And in American we don't do things because they are easy we do them because they are hard.

Your not saying it can't be done your just trying to argue it's a waste of time and resources to do it and i'm just giving the finger to that ideology. That's all.

Capitalism isn't reality, it's a human system, devised by man, hence just as flawed.

Nonetheless, better than the alternatives.

Money influences, but it doesn't guarantee power or truth.

As to bullshit, i think you might have that covered...

Best of luck with the fantasy...

Beating you chest and shouting "America yeah!!" doesn't change the reality that the oil producers aren't just going to spend billions, as it would drive up the prices far more than just importing it.
