With your vast intelligence, you should know Iran has a large stockpile of shoulder fired surface to air missiles that are not part of any static air defense network.

Mohammed can pull the fucking thing out of the bed of a pickup truck when he hears or sees an American jet tooling around and possibly get lucky hitting him.

So when Trump is talking about Iran's air defenses being destroyed, he is obviously talking about country wide, ground based air defenses like radar networks and the like.

They are all gone.

You can't possibly believe a 34 day air assault is going to leave major radar defenses still standing, could you?
