Just saying, when you allow rapists to walk, and jail those speaking their minds about it, he can get stuffed with his opinions on the “legality” of things.
US allies want no part of this war whether they deem it illegal or not, that's the point.

More about this: (LLM)
"Several countries and international bodies have declared the U.S.-Israel military actions against Iran to be illegal under international law. - Spain: Explicitly condemned the war as illegal, with its defense and foreign affairs ministers stating it would not participate in any military missions in the Strait of Hormuz.
- Norway: Also voiced concern over the breach of international law.
- United Nations: A group of UN experts denounced the attacks as unprovoked aggression and a violation of the UN Charter, warning of a dangerous precedent for global legality.
- Iran’s UN envoy: Stated the U.S. and Israel are waging an illegal war against Iran, calling for an end to military operations.
- International legal scholars and institutions: Multiple experts, including Yale Law School’s Oona Hathaway and the International Committee of the Red Cross, argue the strikes violate the UN Charter’s prohibition on the use of force, with no evidence of an imminent threat justifying self-defense"

Yeah, lets all wait until there are nukes on the launch pads before we decide to strike Iran.
Sure ... that sounds brilliant. /sarcasm.
Fucking morons.
Iran has been in bad faith negotiations, lying their asses off while building a nuclear weapons program.
They themselves said they have enough material for 11 nuclear bombs.
Plus their arsenal of military equipment and munitions and missiles etc.
They have promised to destroy Israel, America, and the allies.
They have been attacking for 47 years and have said they will never stop.
It is better to rip the bandaid off the festering wound now and take care of it
then to wait until it can't be taken care of and everyone dies.

Ok but that argument assumes certainty where none exists.
And intelligence on Iran's nuclear timeline has been wrong for decades.
Even the International Atomic Energy Agency has said enrichment isn't the same as having a weapon.
Plenty of countries have the material but no bombs.
Preemptive war based on "they might someday" is the same logic that led to the Iraq War and its imaginary WMD Flyers.
And Iran's leadership threatens enemies rhetorically, but the deterrence has worked between nuclear rivals for 80 years now.
Starting a war with a country of 90 million people because of worst-case speculation isn't ripping off a band-aid.
It's lighting a match next to a gas leak and hoping it improves the smell.
