Uncle Sam's relationship with the Middle Eastern Gulf states leaders is better than it's ever been in my lifetime, and is improving with every missile and drone strike in thier countries and every minute the Strait is under threat.

I'd definitely make my priority to show the average Gulf Citizen their stategic alliance matters as much as Israel, even if it really doesn't. 

If the goal is getting Israel and The Gulf States on equal terms and at mutual tables, as Great Satan, I'd want to show them their alliance is actually on equal terms.

We want to be THE DEVIL THEY KNOW.

Because that's where they are. Between two evils deciding which one is the lesser. The West is winning but there are gains to be made.

Like EVERY TIME Iran breaks their word and attacks a neighboring Gulf State now i'd be trying to use that as leverage by coming in with a reaffirmation to defend the territory of our middle east allies. Call them directly, ask them what they need and want, and actually listen to what they say. 

"My way or the highway" doesn't work with rich Gulf States. I would invoke my inner George Herbert Walker "Spicy Pork Rinds" Zapata Bush.

I would act like EVERY Gulf State is Kuwait being attacked by Saddam and talk of "New World Orders" and "aggressions that will not stand." Talk of the civilized world coming together to neutralize an evil that has been allowed an existance 4 decades too long.

My mind-on-a-sleeve twitter would say, "How DARE you drag the good people of The UAE and Qatar into this! We will be diverting some resources to meet that head on. You DO NOT F*CK WITH OUR ALLIES!"

His strategic bombing of targets, especially hampering their Navy is fine so far, using a lot of patriot missiles, but he lacks on the hearts and minds to come on top of the military superiority with a faux-magnanimous sheen.

I would add manipulation and try to keep the Gulf States and Iran against each-other. Make it a point to always point out what Iran just did to them and say We'd never do that. sort of like how a passive-aggressive high school vendetta works.
