Nothing usual about that in the current situation. Israel does have the geographic advantage over Lebanon than Iran. Been a part of the greater Israel project for a long time. How Al Ciada controls what is left of Syria, ISIS sounds more like the Israel foreign legion than an actual threat to Israel.

When Iran woke up Saturday morning it was at war with two countries .. America and Israel.
Within hours Iran caused itself to be at war with NINE countries.
They did it by bombing their own Muslim neighbors.
Ticked off the neighbors who now side with America and who now are calling up their troops.

Most of those countries aren't majority Shia thou' with most being less than 20%.  That minority will be quietly celebrating the drone attacks.

It's funny that Trump has now criticized Britain for not allowing it's bases to be used in the opening attack. With the British PM saying he needs to put Brit's first.

Trump when talking about Nato over the last few months, says it's about time he put America first (he's always saying he needs to put Americans first) and he may not come to Europe's aid, claims America alone won WW2 and said America's allies stood back during the Iraq and Afghan war. Then throws a hissy fit if others don't bend over for him and put him first.

He should maybe try to remember how he treats his closest allies!?!

Well to be fair....

On 19 March 2011, a NATO-led coalition began a military intervention into the ongoing Libyan Civil War to implement United Nations Security Council Resolution 1973 (UNSCR 1973). The UN Security Council passed the resolution with ten votes in favour and five abstentions, with the stated intent to have "an immediate ceasefire in Libya, including an end to the current attacks against civilians, which it said might constitute 'crimes against humanity' 

It was backed by the U.N.

I think Trump would've had more backing if he'd struck Iran when it was murdering it's population a month or so ago.
