You sound like you are entitled to our money. You aren't. We aren't 'shafting' you. It's your backyard. YOU pay for it.
You have not paid hundreds of billions and your MIC has benefitted handsomely.
And, no need to shout.
That's rude.

"Mr Trump has repeatedly said that the US has given $300bn to $350bn (£237bn-£277bn) to Ukraine since the war with Russia began in February 2022.
However, the figure is said to be much lower.
The Kiel Institute, a leading German research institute, said the US has spent $119bn (£94bn). A more comprehensive estimate by the US Department for Security, that includes the replenishment of defence stocks, puts the figure at $182bn (£144bn).
The Standard has approached the US State Department regarding the origin of the $350bn figure –however, it has not received a response."
There you have it.

Reagan must be spinning in his grave.
One might even think, Trump may be a Russian asset? ?
Yeah, respectfully as I said if after 80 years Europe and the UK want to get extra pissy go ahead...
Better put on your big boy, keffiyeh. Pretty soon Starmer will have UK sandals on the ground... and then all bets are off
‘500 million Europeans are asking 300 million Americans to protect them from 140 million Russians.’ Europe lacks the belief that it is a ‘global power’

Goodbye to our "Special Relationship".
The US has undone that and the free World, too.

The controversy is believing in Trump lies as to who has, to date, paid more, percentage-wise, to Ukraine.
The controversy is regardless of numeric totals or percentages America is done paying for the meat grinder in Ukraine in 2025. Europe/the United Kingdom and Ukraine need to to deal with that reality.
Hopefully, without sparking a wider conflict, they can spend all their pounds and euros till the Royal family is destitute FAIC

The US is directly responsible for orchestrating a security measures agreement with Putin where Ukraine gave up it's nukes, then Putin invaded Crimea. You owe Ukraine.

I didn't say 'hundreds of billions'. I said $100 billion. That's accurate.

Us paying hundreds of billions in an unending war in your backyard that you should be paying for ... us getting the shaft from you all (your word) ... that's not a 'special relationship' for us. It's just us being used as an open bank account.
