I remember under Biden plenty of people talking up the idea of a Civil war. That's free speech. I promise if the left gets the presidency again, that same language would be used. I don't think anyone should be able to strip citizenship then either.

Probably not, I'd hope that the courts would step in. It would be a horrible precedent. But it does show a growing trend of Trump being anti free speech.

Plus, this might just be a distraction from the ongoing coverup anyways seeing as much of X which used to be very supportive of Trump and his admin have been furious with the handling of other things.

But if you want to protect your own rights, then you have to start defending the one's of people you don't like. If you can't criticize the government and president, what is the point of free speech, even if you disagree with what the people are saying. 

During the Patriot Act, we said it would just be a matter of time before they use it on American Citizens, and they did, including people running for office like Trump and Tulsi. We rightfully called it lawfare, and now this admin is using lawfare on certain cases as well.

I've seen the right call for violence too. Have you ever seen me call for stripping of citizenship, deportation, or any retaliation past debate? Nope.

I don't know what hate speech has to do with a president saying he want's to use his power in unconstitutional ways. 

If she said "I'm going to commit violence against blank person or blank group", charge her. Super easy, that's a threat. 

If you're saying she has general positions, or is associated with political parties who you don't like, and other people have said bad things, I don't think it fits.

Saying all of the above isn't anti American. I can disagree with what politician all I do because I'm a citizen of America, it's one of the rights I'm very grateful for that many people around the world don't have.

If someone supports Trump saying he can circumvent the constitution, by default they have to accept anyone after him can do the same. It's no secret I don't trust him, but I also likely won't trust them either. Give him an inch, they'll take a mile. I don't accept that.
