If we are talking about the jobs report, and analyzing whether or not it was is manipulated, I maintain that the way the report is processed did not change, from the time of pre Trump election to post Trump election.

IMO this amounts to firing somebody over a minor clerical error.

Nobody can go through their whole professional career and never commit a clerical error!

absolutely ridiculous that a case about such a petty detail now looks like it is going to escalate all the way to the Supreme Court.

what a great use of everybody’s time from the master business man boss baby.

I guess it is not uncommon in politics to find petty reason to throw somebody under the bus.  But I can’t recall any instances of trying to fire a Fed governor over what could be most appropriately called, IMO, a clerical error.

Cook had designated a condo in Atlanta as her primary residence after taking a loan on her home in Michigan, which she also declared as a primary residence.

That can easily be excused a clerical error, but she probably won’t admit it is a clerical error.

I think it would be an ok defense tho, as a clerical error is not grounds for termination.

Oh Oh another criminal referral for Her!!  Lol
OOoops Wow

Trump housing director Pulte lodges new criminal referral for Fed Governor Lisa Cook
Quote:Federal Housing Finance Agency Director Bill Pulte on Thursday night said he had filed a second criminal referral with the Department of Justice against Federal Reserve Board Governor Lisa Cook, whom President Donald Trump is trying to fire.

Pulte said in a post on X that the new referral relates to her mortgage for a condominium in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and alleged misrepresentations about that condo and two homes she owns in government ethics filings during her time as a Fed governor.

“3 strikes and you’re out,” Pulte tweeted about his referral to the DOJ.

Oh gasp! the plot thickens, declaring the home was a 2nd home, instead of a rental property.  But what if she just changed her mind after she bought it?  Is that a crime?

Obama and Biden required their people to be incompetent and criminally negligent, and it was a prerequisite for the job, so making it obvious they could continue to loot the treasury and the citizenry in so many creative ways.
Too bad Trump is not allowing this anymore.  HAHA! :)
