Well, after last week's premature victory lap, the latest jobs data news must have been a bit... deflating. I guess he and his supporters have to say something. So apparently he doesn't believe in 'the numbers' now.

Anyway, here's the latest, for the few here not wearing blindfolds and the earplugs.

Instead of whining and throwing a fit, he should have been diplomatic about it saying something like "It's not as good as we hoped, but we're working on it and we'll do better next month".

As there is effectively a 30% tariff on Chinese imports which are about 10% of USA GDP, that must be enough to make some ripples.  

I think I remember some economists saying there may be like a 6 month lag between major monetary policy changes and when it shows up in the GDP numbers…

Correction:
He fires people that actively work against his policies, and attempt to subvert his efforts to improve the lives of all Americans that the majority of voters voted for.
Evidence for this is in spades on a daily basis.
