Too bad Trump is not allowing this anymore.  HAHA! :)

What costs more Trump’s renovations of the White House or the new Fed Building renovations?

The Fed is stealing so much more deceptively than the Guv, barely anybody even knows it’s happening, much less brutish than the Guv.

They say the borrower is subservient to the lender but looks like Trump is pushing back on it.  He is the King of Debt after all.

Lisa Cook has a PhD in Economics.
She's been a professor of economics at some colleges.
Think she understands everything about how bank loans work and what tax implications are and how The IRS works????? But it was the same "errors" 3 times in a row.  Lol
Bet she had lawyers advising her too with the property buys.

Actually it was 3 houses, not 3 errors, ascertaining what I have read.

Claimed a second house, was a primary residence, and claimed another property a second residence, then began to rent that residence about 8 months later.

As for how bank loans work, they don’t teach that in university economics classes.  I never got to the PhD level of academia, but I’m pretty sure they don’t get into anything practical like bank loans.

College economics class DOES teach how bank loans work. Blindly defending this obviously corrupt and CAUGHT (Busted) Commissioner looks pretty funny.  Taking responsibility for bad deeds when caught is not something these types are known for too. You shouldn't copy that behavior. (laugh)

I never learned from college economics classes that there is no money created to pay interest on bank loans.  I would not be surprised if PhD economists missed this obvious but unspoken of attrition program built into the banking system.

OK if the Guv wants to take over the Fed who am I to argue…

I came across this headline today, Vance confirms end of Fed independence.

Let us all look forward to the Guv establishing a more just accounting system by the people for the people.

For decades those figures on labor have been a scam.  They talk about new job creation, yet some people have to have two jobs just to survive, since many are part time work now.  The way the employment figures have been figured out has changed a lot over the years, statistics are always twisted to show things not actually real.

Sure, after covid there were lots of new job hires....since lots of people were laid off or changed jobs after covid hit the fan.  Biden's administration twisted those figures to make them look better, which is nothing but deceit, and most people were led to believe those falacies.  I have not followed Trump's second term here as far as jobs, but his first term we saw an increase in the first three years till covid screwed up everything and made him look bad.  When Obama took over, there was a depression, and of course there was a lot of upside in his presidency for the first term and the first part of the second.  Like I said before, I am not actually following what is happening now and evaluating it, and it is hard to believe anything from the news or from Democrats anymore when it comes to Trump.  Political bias has run rampant, it is going to feed the collapse in our society which I  see emerging pretty easily.  It has been going on for almost a decade now.

One of the things I think is whack about the jobs numbers is they don’t count “discouraged workers” as part of the labor force.  They’re basically writing off so many people, only to compute a lower unemployment % that paints a rosier picture of the state of the dismal economy.  I probably would have got counted as a discouraged worker most all of 2014-2015 when I built a huge gap in my resume, and miraculously found my way back into the labor force in 2016.  It probably would have been easier if I went to jail in 2014-2015 than have that gap in my resume.

Another disappointing jobs report: 22000 jobs added vs expectations of 75000.

That is quite a miss, 2 months in a row now…
