I dont think that will stop them from being rounded up, moved along, or incarcerated all the same. It's not like having a job stops the likes of ICE from deporting so-called illegals. I dont imagine the authorities that will be responsible for enforcing the likes of this "Executive Order" against the homeless will care much as to a person's employment status if they dont have a fixed abode. If you have a job, then homelessness should not be an issue, because you should be able to afford accommodation. And in a world where that is not the case, something is very, very, wrong indeed.

I know smack heads that hold down jobs xuenchen, same with people with mental health issues. I also know hardened criminals who have changed their ways, paid their debts to society, and gotten on with life. People can be productive and still have serious issues to contend with.

If using a highway rest area, make sure to have a current utility bill receipt with you to show current physical residency. Just another paper to keep when asked "Show me your papers" in the land of the free.
There's a reason you separate military and the police. One fights the enemies of the state, the other serves and protects the people. When the military becomes both, then the enemies of the state tend to become the people. - Commander William Adama
