He said he'd do them if it became necessary.
Apparently he's working another angle first.
Tariffs against folks should come if these negotiations fail.

Three pages ago I said that I disagree with what he has decided to do with Ukraine Security and that it's a big mistake.  Prior to that ... somewhere ... I said that his possible health problems don't concern me but that his ego concerns me because its' stratospheric .... and I've said over and over that he's a crass, lying, grifter and that I hate what he's done to the Oval Office and the White House.   But apparently you think that if the person isn't bashing Trump for everything all the time and calling him left wing names like TACO, then that's 'sticking up for him at every turn'.
