I used to eat those by the handfull watching TV when I was younger.
I like pimentos in olives. "What to replace the pit with?" "Eeh, maybe a chunk of this mild pepper thing". Kinky.
Creme cheese glues it together! I used to snack on the combo of Ritz crackers, cocktail sauce, cream cheese, and boiled shrimp. Absolutely necessary to keep the shrimp anchored to the cracker. I don't eat shrimp any more, because I realized they're filter-feeding seabugs, but I remember it being delicious! And the cream cheese balanced the spicy of the cocktail sauce well.

I think that was more painful than funny, but whatever, i committed to the joke.
Of all of those, the deep-friend alligator on a stick sounds delicious. Certainly one of the tastiest reptiles I've ever sampled.

Stuffed olives are the best. I like Bleu cheese, anchovy-stuffed. And can't find it anymore but stuffed with lemon is divine. Ooh and jalapeño

That is so normal here. Many pizza places give you ranch or offer it. In fact it's asked with a lot of things like French fries and mozzarella sticks.
My favorite place they give you ranch for the pizza and honey to dip the crusts in. Try it!

Anybody ever try vanilla bean ice cream drizzled with olive oil and dusted with sea salt?
It keeps popping up on my feeds.
I want to make my family try it but I don’t want to get stabbed.

What is popular in your country that everyone else thinks is strange?
In Canada, they put cheese and gravy on French fries
And in Belgium they just spray mayonnaise right on it!
In Connecticut they put potatoes on pizza
And in Asia I've heard they will load corn and egg on there too
I haven't tried that.
In England they put butter on sandwiches
Just slabs of the stuff smeared right on, not even melted
In Cincinnati they will serve spaghetti with chili on top
You do you Cincinnati!
What do you like?
What did you think was weird until you tried it?
Oh man... chili. That sparks more fights than pineapple and spam on pizza.
Is it chili without meat in it? Beans or no beans. And corn...there are people who get downright annoyed about corn in chili (I love me some Fritos and chili, personally.)
Personally, I'll eat it all. Don't like it too spicy and really don't care for chunks of pepper in it, but at heart I'm a chili-lovin woman!

I am in the rare camp that thinks Hawaiian style is the best thing to ever happen to pizza. This fusion did it better than anyone.
I wonder what kind of fight would happen serving up a pineapple + anchovy. Or I might just find myself eating alone
Edit: actually just remembered that is Joe Rogan's favorite pizza (go figure,) double pineapple + double anchovies. What a madman

Try bacon + pineapple + onion with barbecue sauce instead of marinara. It's a crowd-pleaser! If your crowd likes arguing about food opinions, that is!

Yes vegetarian chili is chili too! And quite delicious at that. I'll have to scare up my recipe and post it in the recipes thread, it's been a while. I like to not overdo the heat, but add a little strong coffee to bring out the peppers. Corn is okay, but not too much!

My favourite for strange ice cream flavours is Salt&Straw. I've had their vanilla olive oil and it is great! Good vanilla ice cream is the bomb. They have so many weird flavours too: Chocolate Zucchini Bread, Melon and Prosciutto, Tomato Olive And Lemon, Pear and Blue Cheese, etc.
