It's not their race or religion that is the problem it's the fraud and if 80 out of 92 cases are Somali then it's safe to say in that particular instance that it's a problem with Somali's. I bet this type of fraud is rampant everywhere and in some places even dominated by white trash but lets be fair the issue is the fraud and it needs to stop everywhere.

But even the veteran grifting good ole boy network statesmen knew you don't rip off to those obviously huge amounts, there are auditors, and reconciliations get done, you will get caught.
